• New: https://www.fetzilla.com/chats

This change will help us deliver a better chat experience with improved features and organization.

Password Manager Users

If you use a password manager, please note:

• Your password manager may not recognize the new URL at first
• Please ensure you know your password before the update
• Update your saved credentials in your password manager after the change

Guest Account Users

This change will affect guest accounts:

• Guest users will likely be disconnected during the transition
• Your temporary guest account information may not transfer to the new URL
• Options for guest users:
  1. Contact our support team to convert your guest account to a registered account (info at the bottom of this page)
  2. Be prepared to create a new guest account on your next visit (this will be a different account)

Web App Users

If you use our web application:

• You may experience connection issues after the update
• The web app may need to be reconfigured to connect to the new server location
• We recommend checking for web app updates after the URL change
